As long as we see the real seriousness from the buyer we are happy to help supply their demand in smooth real transactions. We look for direct buyers with no time waster chains.  If the buyer is capable and  reliable then we can complete the supply by working together with the buyer. Our  offer  and procedures are fair .

Product: Used Rails ISRI R-50 & R-60 (51.67 Kg/M=GOST-1773-75)

                                             R-65 (64.72 Kg/M-GOST-8165-75)

Origin: Europe, Sellers option

Quantity: 30,000MT X 12 (per month for 1 year)

Total Year: 360,000MT

Inspection: SGS at loading port, sellers cost

Loading Port: Will be determined by seller

Payment Terms: Irrevocable, Confirmed, Fully-Transferable, Auto-Revolving, Unconditional, Clean Documentary Letter of Credit from a top 25 World Bank.

Warrenty:  A certified endorser of this product by a accepted international organization when operative L/C issued

Inspections: Loading port allowed at buyers cost

Procedures:

Buyer issue Fresh LOI with soft probe authority.

Seller sends FCO immediately to buyer

Buyer signs and returns FCO to seller

Seller Sends Contract to buyer

Buyer agree, Sign and return contract to seller

Seller return complete signed contract.

Buyer activates Non-operative L/C within 5 days of contract date

Seller activates 2% PB sends POP bank to bank

Buyer activates Operative L/C

Shipment commences
