* ORIGIN: Russia, Non NHI.
* PORT VISIT: Allowed after the contract is signed and the L/C is opened, Must be requested on ICPO/LOI.
* DESTINATION PORT: CIF ASWP, One Safe Port and Berth
* PAYMENT TERMS:Irrevocable, Transferable, Confirmed, Fully Funded Auto-Revolving Documentary Letter of Credit, 100% at sight.
* MINIMUM QUANTITY: 30,000 MT on Yearly Contract, NO SPOT Available

1 - Buyer sends LOI +Soft Probe with his BCL/bank assurance letter. Must be submitted or no deal.
2 - Seller sends FCO and Draft contract to Buyer
3 -Buyer Signs, Seals, and returns Contract. Seller Signs, Seals, and returns
4 - Buyer opens a non-operative L/C
6 - Seller opens a Non-Op 2 % Performance Bond.
7 - Buyer's LC made operable.
8 - PB is made operable.
9 - Port of Loading Visit is permitted if requested.
10-Shipment commences no later than 45 days after Sellers Acceptance of payment instrument.
